Organize files in folders on Mac

Everything on your Mac—documents, pictures, music, apps, and more—is organized in folders. As you create documents, install apps, and do other piece of work, you can create new folders to keep yourself organized.

Create a folder

On your Mac, click the Finder icon in the Dock to open a Finder window, and so navigate to where you lot desire to create the folder.
